Added abstract class StandardisedNaming in module comaux and added find_* functions to work with standardised names

Massive refactoring of class Research: (1) enabled static type-checking using module 'typing' and package 'mypy', (2) changed class member names to more sensible ones and (3) introduced three properties, namely, local_research_path, remote_research_path, research_dir (they are the only public data members of the class now)

Updated comments in research.py, refactored the names there and provided a detailed description of the class. Also updated the config example

Fixed the ability to create new research in Research and introduced static methods Research.open() and Research.create() instead of Research.create_from_config(). Also refactored the code and comments slightly.

Добавил поддержку ssh-аутентификации через RSA ключи. Добавил обработку ошибок при попытке скачать/загрузить/выполнить что-либо через ssh/sftp.

Добавил в шаблон дополнительный код: при чтении AINI формата и загрузке его в AnyMap следует выполнять загрузку в рекурсивном режиме с автоматической загрузкой дополнительных файлов исходных данных.

2. Добавил указание кодировки файлов исходных данных aDOT.
